The SecureLang™ Graphics Stack Will Be Coming To FreeBSD

Don’t expect too much, this will only be a simple alternative to X11 designed because of maintainability issues with the old project.

It will be tested on my CleanFork builds and then either open sourced or distributed as binaries, there could be two versions.

It won’t run as well as X11 on older devices, although it should run well and scale okay on multi-core machines. It’s not anywhere near as slow as Wayland on my devices, which is basically unusable for me, but it won’t be as fast on GPU-heavy backends. And it’s not entirely robust & bug free, but it basically works well enough for a simple desktop now.

In other words this is a solution which is easy to build and port on modern machines, but is not competitive with more integrated solutions (the main use case will probably be running on top of native graphics stacks).
